It took me four days to figure out your code.  What am I, Sherlock Holmes?  Okay, he wasn’t exactly a codebreaker so it’s not quite the right reference, but you take my point.   The “GCJ” lost valuable time because I was sitting on my floor with Scrabble tiles like an idiot.
Here’s the good news: pretty much every prison has people who claim to be “ufsspsjtut” and it’s usually complete “c.t.”  So calm down.  If they really are “qmboojoh” something, I’m sure it’s just a pipedream.  What can they possibly do from in there?
You need to relax and do your time like a “nfotdi.”  And when you find Dave Clark, tell the “ufsspsjtut” to begin a very specific “kjibe.”
